Performance overhaul of a production real estate platform serving 30,000+ location-based property listings across the US. The core engineering problem: serving unique thumbnail images for every US state and county without exhausting third-party API quotas.

Designed a three-tier image pipeline: Unsplash primary source → Wikipedia fallback → placeholder default, with all resolved images persisted to local JSON cache on first fetch, eliminating repeat API calls entirely. Transformed a 30k-row Excel dataset into structured JSON, implemented XML sitemaps and JSON-LD structured data for SEO, and built scroll-driven GSAP animation sequences with ScrollTrigger coordination.
